The webinar Media and AI Literacy is organised in the context of the Digital First project. It will introduce participants to the evolving landscape of digital and artificial intelligence literacy, drawing on the AI Literacy Framework developed by the OECD and the European Commission.

The session will explore the key competencies needed to understand, use, and critically assess AI driven technologies in everyday life. It will also present the upcoming PISA 2029 Media and AI Literacy framework, highlighting how future international assessments aim to measure students’ abilities to navigate media environments, evaluate information, and interact responsibly with AI systems.

Participants will gain an overview of current policy developments and practical implications for education.
